REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day refund for any accessories that are in the original packaging unopened and undamaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Sheds will NOT be REFUNDED after it is ordered & built.

Pre-paneled sheds are at the discretion of Brisbane Garden Sheds and may incur additional administrative costs & a restocking fee.

 Please check your Site Assessment form & Quote carefully as an Invoice being issued is acceptance of all dimensions, colours & conditions are correct.  

 TERMS

50% deposit is required prior to Brisbane Garden Sheds ordering your shed with the remaining balance due 3 business days prior to installation.

Any changes after you have been Invoiced may incur additional charges.  

• Installation Requirements – If the site is not ready or suitable for installation and it needs to be rebooked, a rebooking fee of $130.00 may apply.

• Your shed NOT READY, means if it is full of personal effects, access is obstructed or another reason why we are not able to have access to an empty shed for installation.

  Brisbane Garden Sheds will take no responsibility for any damage of your personal belongings if they are left in the shed and we are forced to work around them.

  Brisbane Garden Sheds offer a 10yr Warranty on the materials used & a 1yr Guarantee on the workmanship of installation. Hardware & Fixtures are NOT included.

  All sheds come with Off White (Surf Mist) trims and channels, Galvanised Steel is also an option. Anchoring your shed does not come standard this is an additional cost.

  All sheds are made as square as possible.  If the slab/base is not level or square to an existing structure, we accept no liability for obvious gaps or out of square installations.

  Scratches and/or blemish marks may occur during the fabrication, delivery or installation of your shed. These will be addressed with colour matched touch up paint upon completion of the installation.

REPLACEMENT/ EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@brisbanegardensheds.com.au and return your item to 6 Chetwynd St, Loganholme.
