BGS Sheds include Garden Sheds, Pool pump covers, Garages, Awnings and Storage Sheds

BGS Sheds are designed to be weatherproof for normal weather conditions

Extreme weather conditions are considered heavy rain & high wind gusts and these conditions can affect the ridge capping, sheeting joints & screw fixings to get some deformations to allow water entry

Extreme heat & extreme cold, moist or dry air can also influence your shed.  This can effect both your concrete slab and also can create moisture to form on the under side of your roof sheets.

Garden Sheds are primarily used for storing garden equipment such as lawnmowers, wheelbarrows & garden tools but any items that can be effected by any of the above conditions, additional protection should be made when storing them in your garden shed

Your shed should be checked regularly

Sheds under 3000mm wide are standard with a Single Hinge Door

Sheds 3020mm & over are standard with a Double Hinge Door

Standard Hinge door openings are 790mm

Standard Sliding door openings are 720mm

Sliding doors are optional & an additional cost

Orientation of the roof & door position may vary the price

All steel sheds are available in 9+ standard colours

Our steel thickness is .42mm steel

All trim comes standard with OFF WHITE/ SURFMIST trims with Galvanised Steel (Zinc) as an option

Our Channel is 1mm thick, one of the strongest on the market ensuring maximum strength for your shed.

Sheds DO NOT come with FLOORS

We DO NOT seal sheds as it can result in the water accumilating in the chanel and being trapped inside the shed

Considering plastic tubs, plastic sheeting or elevating your items off the floor will assist in keeping your items safe

Custom sheds are priced upon application & require an in-home measure

We recommend a rebated slab for all garden sheds to minimise the chance of water entering the shed

Brisbane Garden Sheds accepts no responsibility for water entry, floor moisture, condensation or the condition of your contents inside your garden shed arising from any of the above mentioned conditions.  Please ensure you store your items wisely to avoid any potential damages.

Am I, the customer, responsible for emptying my existing garden shed?  Yes you are.  Brisbane Garden Sheds do not empty garden sheds.  In some cases we have had to move large items but this is charged at $130.00 per hour on a case by case basis.

If I fail to empty my garden shed will my installation still go ahead?  Unfortunately we are usually unable to remove & install garden sheds if they are full of personal effects so you will incur a call out fee of $150.00 and then we have to reschedule for the next available installation date.

If I have a problem with my shed within the warranty period what do I do?  You simply call 07 3277 3008 or email sales@brisbanegardensheds.com.au and we will arrange the rest for you.  We may ask for photos in some instances prior to attendance to ensure we have the correct equipment. 

Is hardware & fixtures included in the warranty?  No they are not.

Are all Brisbane Garden Sheds manufactured onsite at the Ormeau warehouse?  Yes, all of our Steel sheds are manufactured on site and delivered pre-panelled.

Can we supply a Form 15 & engineered drawings for all sheds over 10sqm?  NO, currently we cannot supply this paperwork for sheds over 10 sqm, we are also not able to supply paperwork for our Custom Steel.

Is our in-home measure & quote a free service?  Yes, it absolutely is.  We would prefer to measure twice & install once to make sure we have the right shed for YOU!!

OUR PAYMENT POLICY – 50% deposit is required upfront to order your shed.  Balance is due 3 days PRIOR to installation.

Do we look after the concrete slab?  Yes, we have a fully licensed concreter who we work with and can arrange for a quote for your new slab.  For more information regarding slabs etc.  check out our page on Concrete slabs – https://brisbanegardensheds.com.au/concrete-slab/ 

PICK UP’S from Brisbane Garden Sheds warehouse – Unit 10/29 Blanck St, Ormeau, QLD 4208

Please bring blankets or cardboard to place between panels to minimise damage/marks on shed panels for you to transport, BGS are not liable for any damage to product once it leaves our yard via third party transport.

STORAGE FEE’S – Will be $25.00 per day if shed is not collected within 5 business days of booked in collection date agreed on.
